Your canvas print is produced on-demand, which typically requires 2-7 business days for production before shipping begins. Shipping time varies by destination, with domestic orders generally arriving 3-7 business days after shipping and international orders taking 7-21 business days depending on customs processing.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications may be possible if your canvas print has not yet entered production. Please contact us immediately at thompstp0123@gmail.com with your order number and requested changes. Once production begins, modifications are generally not possible due to the custom nature of each print.
Do you offer rush or expedited production?
Currently, our standard production timeframe is 2-7 business days. While we cannot guarantee expedited production, you may select faster shipping options at checkout to reduce delivery time once your print ships.

What is the difference between framed and unframed options?
Unframed canvas prints feature gallery-wrapped edges with 1.25-inch canvas depth and include sawtooth hardware for immediate hanging. Framed options include premium sustainably sourced pinewood frames with 1.75-inch depth, available in Black, White, or Espresso finishes, providing gallery-quality presentation.
How should I care for my canvas print?
Canvas prints should be displayed away from direct sunlight and high humidity areas to preserve color vibrancy and prevent warping. For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth or gentle vacuum with brush attachment. Avoid using water, cleaning chemicals, or abrasive materials on the canvas surface.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most international destinations. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing requirements. Please review our shipping policy for country-specific address requirements.
My package tracking shows delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
First, check with household members, neighbors, or building management, as packages are sometimes left in secure locations or accepted by others. Check all potential delivery locations around your address. If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
PO Box delivery is available for United States destinations only and is undertaken at your own risk. The largest available PO Box measures 12 inches by 22.5 inches, so larger canvas prints cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. PO Box deliveries may experience delays and are not eligible for Express shipping options.

We stand behind the quality of our canvas prints. If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or full refund when contacted within 30 days of delivery. Please email us with clear photographs showing any quality issues for prompt resolution.
Can I return my canvas print if I am not satisfied?
As a print-on-demand business, we cannot accept returns for customer ordering errors, size or color changes, or general dissatisfaction with custom-produced items. However, we guarantee the quality of our manufacturing and materials. If there is a defect or damage, we will provide a replacement or refund.
The colors look different than expected. What can I do?
Canvas prints may appear different from your screen due to monitor settings, device type, and display calibration. Additionally, natural variations in color, texture, and finish are normal characteristics of canvas printing. If you believe there is a significant color error beyond normal variation, please contact us with comparison photographs for evaluation.
Order Tracking
You will receive email confirmation when your order is placed, when production begins, and when your canvas print ships with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through the shipping carrier's website.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days or shows concerning status updates, please contact us for assistance in investigating the shipment status with our fulfillment partners.
